In case you're paranoid, you can download md5sum.exe or winmd5free (for Windows) and run it against your files. You should get the following for N3DS/O3DS (USA). sysUpdater.zip is the latest julian20 build. The numbers below should match your files.

> md5sum.exe sysUpdater.zip "thefilefromthatsite-N3DS.zip" (USA)

009a955ed9216128c67ecfd2965971a0 *sysUpdater.zip
e5f40c3b155cfd12ef38be35d2e81d2e *thefilefromthatsite-N3DS.zip

Or if you're Old3DS (USA):

Can somebody please tell me if after I downgrade, would I lose all my apps and eshop account?
I ask this because when I downgraded my old 3ds 2 years ago (9.2 to 4.2) I lost all my files.
