So you never got to the point where it installs CIAs? Try a different entry point and redownload boot.3dsx

powered down the console and on and back on home menu everything normal ufff you mean to download starterpack again and replase boot.3dsx and use another entry point ?

were you using the lastest build? where did you download sysUpdate? i mean is it the one that installs SAFEMODE first?

I think that I used the one that doesn't install the safemode first. There is something I can do or I have to buy a new console?

I followed the simple, easy guide to downgrade my O3DS from 9.9.0-26 to 9.2.0-20!
and it worked
easy to do if you follow the instructions carefully,
i used sys updater (the recommend version for the downgrade) with entry point Ninjahax 2.5/
no bricks whatsoever. if you know what you are doing, that is

If you have tried multiple times and sysupdater only launches to a black screen yes install a fresh exploit with a fresh boot.3dsx to make sure it's fully updated

I was going to try this, but now I'm stuck with a black screen after simply trying to update to 10.3 on my New 3DS XL.
Kinda stuck when I didn't even try the downgrade yet.

I'm using Julians downgrader since Tush soft bricked me 5 times in a row.

Should I handle it the same? soft brick, update, try again?

Seems that it has been useful lol, no problem except that black screen when I rebooted. I just remove the SD card and reboot, it's ok, I'm now running n3DS 9.2.0-20E!

Are you sure you did everything ? There is a lot of it.

Format 3ds, properly format sd, check md5 of downloaded firmware, properly set up hax. Just proper format of my SD took me 30minutes (via that program) and i posted it like 5 minutes ago.

Basically i delated everything i had (not much of it really) and started it as if i had new fresh new3ds from eur region.

I formatted my 9.9e n3ds XL updated to 10.3 and sysupdater is WORKING! NO MORE CIA INFO FAILED stuff! GUYS YOU NEED TO FORMAT NEW 3DS (op add this info please to save time)
