Updating my problem. I tried to load the iso from the nintendont homebrew (because someone told me that it was the iso that I was using), and had the same problem. I tried many isos from many sites and the wii u still turning off.

edit: Used the same iso on an emulator, and it worked. so it isn't the iso. what else could be?

That's not correct the emulator could play something and Nintendont can't so you can't base is off that what game is it?

Thank you for all the time and effort you have put into the WiiVC Injector Script, it is so highly appreciated.

Recently I was using it (3.0.1) for custom Mario Kart + custom Super Mario Bros. Wii injections.
e.g.
Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii [SMNE03]
Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii - Antnee Level Pack [SMNE39]
Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii - Apocalypse [SMNEZA]
Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii - Falling Leaves [SMNE23]
Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii - Holiday Special [SMNE07]
Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii - Summer Sun [SMNE06]

When doing that, I noticed that all of them had:
Folder - WUP-N-SMNE_00050002534D4E45
ID - 00050002534D4E45

As a test, I went back to creating the injections using the old 2.2.6 version.
When doing that, it created unique folders and IDs.

In a future version, would it be possible to use the full game ID (SMNE03) instead of the shortened game ID (SMNE) for the folder name?
If so, would doing that also fix the issue with duplicate title ID values too?

I checked md5 and sha1 and everything's fine. I think if it was a problem with corrupted iso, then it wouldn't work on an emulator. still thanks for the advice.
Just tested ntsc and it's working fine for me what version of nintendont you running

make sure you are using the latest version of nintendont from here https://github.com/FIX94/Nintendont its at the bottom of the screen, click on loader.dol and rename it to boot.dol

It's because those all have the same title ID (SMNE.) You can change it on the 'Gamepad/Meta Options' tab, but don't change the first 8 digits (00050002)
