  • So... I am using my backup Wii because my main one overheats, if I am lucky is just that it needs to be opened up and cleaned, if I am unlucky it is a hardware issue.

I would consider replacing the thermal paste too.

Or it's a thermal pad issue.

Which is easier to diagnose, just wipe it and replace.

I think the fan may be too dirty to spin. Anyway I don't do hardware stuff myself so maybe I will take it somewhere to get it fixed.
So now that the DS can ride online again, how about some Mario Kart DS?

Where you can't drag items, triple items are straightup gone, a bunch of tracks are banned because reasons, only four people can play in a room, and it uses a system of GPs for some reason and no one can join the room during said GPs? Yeah, sure I'd be down to play.

The Mario Kart DS online mode is definitely not the best.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    it is L+dpad down+ select

  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:

  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Squeeze your cheeks twice to answer calls!
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
