It took 7+ hours to copy 800gb of games to that PS3 from a USB 2.0 external. Crazy we used to think that was fast, after usb1. Of course PS3 uses a sata1/2 interface also.+1

damn USB 3 external drive to drive copy about 2 hours to do close to that, big improvement but the one drive is a slow ass 2.5 inch+1 -

Yea it was like 50-100mbs most the time. Sometimes jumped to 150. No that was a SSD even.

At least it's a lot of large sequential files, if it was 20,000 super small files would be even worse lol+1
