Hacking How to use Loadliine 5.5.1 Noob Friendly

Just to add to this, it seems that some newer versions of WAMP have a differently-formatted httpd.conf.
In the newer versions, I found that I simply had to edit 'Require local' to 'Require all granted'.

i can confirm this got it working.

but now

When I open 5.51 folder under ''Your Project'', it hangs and doesn't load. I can't do into any of my folders =[

Edit: When I try to open 5.5.1 folder the webrowser tries to go to http://5.5.1/

I use xampp so I load it in my Wii U browser as per the TS instructions "www > 5.5.1 -> Kernel_Exploit" -- when I load it - it works - I see the Illuminati AScii loading screen and then when I am trying to load the Loadiine.mp4 from "www > 5.5.1 -> Loadiine_GX2" I get the Race attack error..

load keksploit for loadliine.mp4 first then loadliine.mp4

That's weird, hasnt happened to me before when trying to load loadiine, but then again, I use HBL for that.

I use xampp and then I load 192.168.1.100/wiiux/ in my Wii U browser - works fine and then I navigate to wiiux > 5.5.1 > Kernel_Exploit and load the kexploit4Loadiine551.mp4 and my wii u freezes.

reinstalled wamp. Now I can get to the page, but I can't open any links to go inside of folders. Even on my PC.
