The gte changes are interesting. will that improve 3d games performance?
sadly no.
the GTE updates are just for improving the graphics decoding on 2D-3D games, so some games like Hot Wheels: Turbo Racing, Crash Team Racing, Crash Bandicoot 3, etc., will have no GFX glitches.

Isn't it this the latest? (to confirm) https://github.com/xjsxjs197/WiiSXRX_2022/releases
or is it this? https://github.com/niuus/wiisxrx/releases
I'm a bit confused like ploggy on which is the latest to use...WiiSXRX-3.3-DS.ZIp or WiiSXRX-3.3-FS.ZIp, more experimental but improved versions I suppose.
Thanks. yea I have no clue what the latest one to use is :P
I'm in the middle of converting my games from CHD to Bin/Cue once that's dome I can start checking out what compatibility's like :D

The fact that wiisation can't use CHD is a pb.....There are some game with one cue and multiple *.bin I had pb with
What do you use to convert from *.bin+cue to one iso or a one bin file?
I use CHDman to convert my existing CHD's to single Bin/Cue :)

You can mount the CUE wuth multiple BINs using DAEMON Tools Lite, and then make a single BIN/CUE file using ImgBurn.
It's possible to use a specific version of CDmage too

Hmm, I think I may have hit a snag.. it's not possible to load games from usb if I've run c2w patcher?

EDIT: So far so good :) for now I'll have to go without c2w patcher :/ so I can load games from usb :P
I haven't run into any game issues yet, although I did have a problem where sound stopped working after loading alot of games after each other?
But restarting Wiistation sorted it. :)

Has anyone got SMB to work at all? Can it be used with c2w patcher?

Errrrr......Do you do this 300 hundred times when you have a collection of that number??
I use the same, CHDman to convert to *.CHD to bin.....it can convert a lot of CHD into bin in one command, but the opposite is not true (well maybe not for a Scripter like you....Do you know a way to convert multiple bin+cue to ISO or Img? (Wiistation reads *.img I'm incertain but think so...)

SuperMarioBros.....On playstation with c2w patcher?

What's the point when SD Card are getting big and are faster on WIIU than SMB, no? I have multiple SD card, and I must say I wonder if some are quicker than the others on wiiU, if I buy one at the speed of 170Mb/S, what is the maximum speed? will the reader take in consideration, would someone knows??
Also, I was searching for multiple conversion to ISO or IMG not bin.......Bin format is the poor's format on PS1 for emus ^^

I only have one decent size SD card with me right now and its already pretty full.
I would use my USB drive but since that doesn't work with c2w patcher I thought I'd give SMB a go :)
I've had no problem using Bin/Cue in Wiistation from my testing, in a perfect world I'd rather use CHD but Bin/Cue is fine for now :P I don't know of any batch - to iso converters, unless you want to do them one at a time :/

Seeing more people getting confused like I was in:
Is this thread a separate project from: https://gbatemp.net/threads/wiisxrx_2022-another-fork-of-wiisxrx-released.614405/
Or is the same?
Wouldn't be wise to merge both threads together? Or simply ignore the one that's being not updated at all?

I'm just sticking with WiiStation for now.
Previous WiiSXRX forks/builds have issues with all my illegally obtained PS1 isos.
I know it doesn't matter, but it'd be nice to get a feature list between the two, that is, WiiStation and WiiSXRX.

Another question, is there a compatibility list?
I'm trying a bunch of isos and found out that Secret of Mana and all the Tomb Raider games works with WiiSXRX.
I have to test WiiStation though.

Wiistation is a fork from Wiisx RX (this thread) and this is a niuus fork of Wiisx R emulator which itself is a fork from the original Wiisx.

Niuus took some improvements from Wiistation and create two wiisx RX variations, the slightly slow with cdda compatible audio and the fast with no cdda sound.

Can anyone share a link to the latest test build please? :D
As stated in the first post, latest is always here:

You never, ever, ever could with a Wii U, no Wii homebrew can if you use c2w. It's a very well known limitation. SD is the safe zone if you want overclocked benefits. I've seen you around the forums for years, so it's very weird that you don't know about it.

Since day one.

New versions of both WiiSXRX and WiiStation are doing this:

Anyone else having this problem?
It's not just Klonoa, but every single ISO I have.

If not, might just assume it's bad iso or something.

Its nuggets of information I held in my head at one time but nowadays that info tends to slip out pretty easy :P

Yeah, pretty sure I got the latest from here: https://github.com/niuus/wiisxrx/releases
Also downloaded the WiiSXRX-3.3-FS.zip version.
I also made sure to delete all previous configuration files, and redownloaded BIOS file just in case.

It's been doing this for me from previous versions as I said here:
Rayman 2: Again, the DK64 camera glitch is replicated in this game. But overall intro seemed to be more fluid than with WIISXRX.
And although it's the WiiStation thread, both emulators are doing it.
At first it thought it was a camera glitch, as I referenced there in WiiStation, because it looks like it with Rayman 2. But it was just stopping and resuming like in the video.
EDIT: Haven't tried WiiStation from Saulfabreg, I got it from github.

Will try that I guess?

I had a go at getting SMB up but I think there maybe an issue with later versions of windows using different smb protocol, luckily you can re-enable smb 1 protocol in win 10 and 11 :D

It works! lol I can now load my games from SMB (with overclock!) without the need for usb or my kak low capacity sd card :D

Heh, may have spoke too soon, it works but FMV's are stuttering and the the gameplay's alittle skippy :/ could be my wifi connection, it may work better with a wired connection.
I guess its back to the kak low capacity sd card lol
