I installed mods on the game Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, but after several mods, the game started crashing. I deleted the mod files, but it didn't help. I cleared the entire mods folder atmosphere\content\0100F2C0115B6000\romfs. I connected the Nintendo Switch to the computer via USB and during deletion, an error occurred, so I disconnected the Switch from the computer. I checked again and all the files in the game folder were deleted, so I deleted the folder itself. After that, when launching the game, a yellow screen of death appeared and I had to restart the console every time. I deleted the game, re-downloaded it, updated it to the latest version through tinfoil, but the problem was not resolved. Other games do not have this issue. The system is at version 16.1.0 and using 4ifir 2.2.

I checked for corrupted data through the Switch settings but found nothing. I also searched for corrupted files using Hakete Fix Archives in the Switch settings.

Please advise on what can be done to fix this.

Do you also have cheats enabled for that game? If so try to remove that
for some reason, they never worked, I reinstalled edizon many times, updated the archive with cheats, the teslo menu of edizon was always empty, although there were cheats in the folder with the game

Check that folder with cheats and remove it if it exist. Then try again. Edizon is only used to download cheats, not to use them. So even though you have uninstalled Edizon cheats are still active if they still exist on the sd card

  • NinStar @ NinStar:
1080p actually has a huge problem
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
you can't properly scale 240p games
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
720, 1440 and 2160 can scale them just fine
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
    huh. never realized that
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
the only common low-res (which is not even that common in games) you can properly scale to 1080 is 360, but even that can also scale to 720
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
when I'm playing emulators I just stick to 720, if I had a 1440p or 4k screen I would prefer those over 1080p
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
My monitor is 1440p now after years upon years of using 1080p. I don't notice much of a difference except that it makes everything smaller and harder for me to read

    Sounds like a skill issue
