So I've experienced very similar problems to LPPanther, however 464 did not solve my problem. I've been using my own injects, mostly sticking to Super Mario Sunshine for testing, along with Ikaruga.
After Haxchi is launched, I launch the GCN Inject, and get launched to a black screen. However if I run the Nintendont forwarder (the one with Gamepad support), quit it, run Haxchi again, and launch the inject, it works.
The options I use in the script is to Autoboot, and to not force 4:3. I do not specify the metadata thing at the end.
I will run this test file now and report back.

I used the script as it was on Saturday when I initially downloaded it. I don't know how to use nfs2iso2nfs or how to change the version as it was all handled by the script. Hopefully that tells you what you need to know about what version I'm using.
My results are also included, the first is from using the Forwader, the second from an injected Super Mario Sunshine.

It didn't autoboot though...I can make it work with 466 if I don't use the autoboot option in the script but using it results in black screen.

but 2.2.1 wasnt even out on saturday was it? either way that "IOS Reload" line should only appear when it was on an older nfs2iso2nfs version so that autoboot one you installed must've been made with that older version. To get the version number of it you can just run a cmd of "nfs2iso2nfs -help".

My script folder was downloaded on Sept 30th at 9:03pm Central time (US) and is labeled 2.2.1. I'm not a command prompt guru so I don't know exactly how to use that command. I typed it in but it didn't work, sorry lol :/

I've owned both iPhone and Androids over the years. Both are just as good, other than Apples higher price. I'm currently on Android, Samsung S21 I think, and very happy with it. -
