Homebrew menuhax failed to load config from sd ? [menuhax Offline install]

1. copy folder menuhax_manager v3.0 to sdcard

2. create ropbin _payload.bin [https://smealum.github.io/3ds/]

3. rename file to menuhaxmanager_input_payload.bin right ?

4. copy menuhaxmanager_input_payload.bin to sd/menuhax/here payload file right ?

5.i start menuhax installer from hombrew launcher with freakhax = failed to load config from sd (wrong path or filename ?)
