Both nand saving, which will officially make us 100% compatible with all known roms, and FAT32 (drag and drop) based multirom support are now close to completion and entering into our internal beta testing. How high is the chance that they have an kernel exploit, an exploit that by it self is rather hard to find compared to an unattended update.

But you know what, if the KE are seemingly that easy to find then why dont you release the one you surely found already.

That, I have no idea. But they did state this a long time ago (it's on their third page of their oficial website). We can only speculate what it actually means. Maybe dig in to what was needed for Drag 'n' Drop + Multirom support ?

You are 100% sure its updated the way you stated, on the other hand we never agreed if its a kernel exploit or not. Its rather more probable that an exploit is involved since they specifically said it will only work on 9.0 - 9.2 than this feature you mentioned which we dont even know if GW has.

well i JUST read on another forum that the MT cards ,blue card DOES run on 9.2 , so if the MT cards "blue card" is identical hardware wise to GW than we know it IS possible to update the blue card to run on 9.x ,if GW can get the blue card working on 9.x then the FPGA could probably be updated via a DS mode updater program

well i JUST read on another forum that the MT cards ,blue card DOES run on 9.2 , so if the MT cards "blue card" is identical hardware wise to GW than we know it IS possible to update the blue card to run on 9.x ,if GW can get the blue card working on 9.x then the FPGA could probably be updated via a DS mode updater program

We recently reached a major milestone and now we are happy to announce that we are in the process of finalizing our support for 3DS systems running System Firmware 9.0.0-20 / 9.1.0-20J / 9.2.0-20 natively!

So far its 9.0 - 9.2 but further updates may be exploitable depending on Nintendos next move.

That was a good one.... unless it's true.

I'm not sure if someone mentioned it before but there one rom issue can be worked around easily:

GW inserted
xxxxxxxx.bin loaded from microSD
.3ds to boot is loaded from xxxxxxxx.bin
Next .3ds in the microSD is stored in xxxxxxxx.bin
.3ds is loaded

Wasn't the DS profile glitch fixed ages ago? Also the MT blue card could be a newer revision of R4i for all I know.

yes the ds mode entry is fixed,so what they can still write a .nds program to reprogram the fpga in the red card from ds mode i think ,

hmm wasnt just the entry point fixed not the exploit in itself?
Or something like the exploit still worked alas it crashes but the addresses after that got moved around?
