What exactly is that? Does this mean I can only delete my save data from my SD card?

Ok, so I have CFW Luma, and in this tutorial when I try to copy over the nds folder, it says something about GBArunner2 properties, and I want to make sure that it won't corrupt my SD card.
I don't know anything about R4. I forget that there are more than one method. I use a cfw and when a save is created for my rom all the .sav files are that exact size and will play on No$gba on pc but the default .sav file from that emulator will change them to a compressed or uncompressed type of .sav that have other sizes unlike the raw .sav which stays the same file size as the other rom saves in the folder with my roms other wise it reads them them as corrupted.Then i don't think so. My R4 menu (Wood Kernel) has options for SAV files size, i just let it choose one for the ROM, so different games have they own different SAV file size, which, if i remember corretly, are over 512kb, some i think are even 4MB.
I’m having a problem with FE Heroes of Light and Shadow. I’m at the very end right before the credits/campaign results and the game just turns to a black screen. I really doubt this is a problem with the rom? Help?
For NTR/TWL roms/games its not possible.Is there a way to stretch the top screen to fit?

My n3dsxl is on sysnand 11.8 luma3ds. My acekard2i works, but I wanted to try this. I installed both cia's with fbi but they don't pop up on the menu. They show up in fbi and i can execute them from there and it can load nds games. Any ideas why the dsimenu cia's won't show on the menu?
