I need so Help, Whenever I try to put a CSS into my game the background doesn't change and and the Char Slots don't have there borders.

Where do i get a "patch" folder? I need to use Sm4sh explorer but i don't have the patch folder. How do i get a patch folder?
So i'm trying to edit ZSS's textures i removed the lines on her zero suit but after i put it in the game the lines were back any idea why that could be happening?

How do you mod things like the mods that are in TS4M mods, like jumps, witch time for other characters and one hit kills and what not?....
I'm basically trying to get all challenges done so thats why im asking.

The only mods you can do without having to dump your game would be replacing music. Or if someone already provided you with texture mods.
HELP! After i put my ness costume in my sd card, i booted up smash and it gets stuck at the start up screen!

I am definitely considering porting over some of the EU features without using the actual ROM itself, tbh that would probably be the best way to go about it... but i'm sad that the voice acting is so.... not good on the US version. May not be a way around that though
