Does anyone know what this PS5 UART code refers to? C00D0002 The other code populating is 80810001 which i know refers to APU data line.

Have you witnessed this error personally with a PS5? I replaced ram module 6 with new but no change. It seems like it is the connection to the gddr6 line from the APU. So maybe an APU reflow is needed. But I dont have a BGA Rework Station
