I'm from Mexico, and I was banned from the eShop and Miiverse because of using a code bought with a stolen credit card.

Of course, I didn't steal the card, someone else sold me the code. I talked to them, sent all the evidence and got unbanned in less than 2 weeks. A relief, since I have 50+ games bought in the eShop. I used their Latin American contact number (latamel), and then they called me back from the USA telephone numbers, but still attended me in Spanish.

Not sure how they will proceed with a ban because of a hack.

-Nin10do called me today and they told me the reason they banned me was because of modification of the game

They told me the error 102-2814 would quit one day

It can be in days, it can be in 2 weeks, it can be 6 months or even years

It can be anytime but that's unknown. As they don't tell anything about when the ban is lifted (unless is error 106-0306)

So yeah,in case you got another response post it on the Splatoon Modding Hub

As far as I know Nintendo only unban consoles when you call them because you bought the console used and it was already banned, that you has been banned for a problem with a code in the eShop in for example you bought the code online but it was cancelled or was bought with a fake credit card and then sell to you.
They usually ask for some information and documentation for ensure that happened.

I used Splathax,Gearhax and Octohax then lost my wii U for about 2-3 Months ago and I find my Sploon with the same error code
I plan to call/email Ninty support soon and see what they say, wish me luck

But, did he do anything bad with the game? I don't know splatoon hacks but If he only did stuff on single player that's not deserving of a game.
