Asking this since:
-I cannot do International calls on my phone / cellphone

-Skype and Hangouts aren't available on Mexico. Due to it would cause conflicts between TELMEX (Biggest Mexico Phone company)

So calling Nintendo Mexican Numbers is my last option (and emailing them)

According to May - June of this year
Ninty-senpai started detecting this bans

Even on a update of the colorizer it said that this could get you banned (Around the last week of may)

That doesn't matter.
You modified the game which isn't allowed and resulted in a ban.
You can't do that on any console without the risk of a ban (the only
exception are games with mod support like Fallout 4)

Besides other cheats *such as large painting, super speed or flying around the stage* aren't available to the public as far as i know

Except he didn't play unfairly. He did something stupid (spawning gear and weapons) but that stuff's readily accessible in the game. Playing as an Octoling and modifying the colors does not give you an advantage at all.

And it definitely does matter what was detected, because if all they found were modified colors, then he can argue that what he did wasn't unfair. They don't have to listen to him anyways, and it probably won't work.
