Are you saying you want this to support NSMB ROM hacks? It (I mean nds-bootstrap) already does.

Twilight Menu has built in patches for that sort of thing, at least for most games.Apologies in advance if I should create a new topic for this, but I didn't want to spam the boards if this is an acceptable place to ask.
I'm thinking of getting a DSi for a friend and installing Twilight Menu++ on it so we can do some multiplayer stuff.
However, I remember from my days messing with flash carts (which was admittedly several years ago now) that if you wanted to play certain games (like Pokemon, for example) that use RTC, you either had to use patched ROMs or have a flash cart that supported it.
How does Twilight Menu++ handle stuff like that? Can I just load up any old Pokemon Black/White ROM and have at it without worry?
Do I need to patch the ROM first?
Do I need to change a setting first?
Just figured it would be worth asking in advance in order to avoid problems down the line.
Thanks!

I mean, TWLmenu is freaking awesome (still wish the 3ds menu had a zoom feature and there was a boot-to-menu soft reset though) but the DS is already region free. DS games can be played on any region DS, DSi or 2/3DS.Effin' fantastic, man.
Considering you can get a good-condition used DSi from Japan for less than $15 shipped, and a 32 GB SD card costs less than $7 at Wal-Mart, you can pretty much be up and running for ~$20.
I absolutely love how Twilight Menu++ makes the system region-free, basically. Opens up a whole world of cheap hardware.

Try the return-to-menu button combo again. It works fine for me.I mean, TWLmenu is freaking awesome (still wish the 3ds menu had a zoom feature and there was a boot-to-menu soft reset though) but the DS is already region free. DS games can be played on any region DS, DSi or 2/3DS.
