Wonder how many people here still use Firefox even though Mozilla's old CEO donated a good bit of money to the anti-gay marriage proposition in California. Because, y'know, the actions of an individual are relevant to the software they're behind, and I would sure hate to see people here have double standards.

Why did this have to be in the post, seriously?
Some people really feel strongly about the issue (just imagine if you had been the victim of child abuse). I personally think it's also a valid point to believe a person's work can be separated from their actions. I still use freeshop and I don't believe doing so supports child abuse but I respect how others might see it differently.

Anyway, if these few words in the OP still bother you that much, feel free to use this or this.
I made an informal release about 2 months ago and many people were really thankful for it given the 3dsx homebrew problems on 11.4. I had no intentions to release it when I made it for fun basically.
Hmmm... "No connection with ISIS" would also look good in the feature list.
Hmmmmm, "ISIS free software". Nice idea for a logo. :P

But both homebrews that already exist don't work anymore when you upgraded to 11.4.
Fourth option, pirate the dspfirm.cdc... hey, you probably already downloaded an unauthorized copy of the 3DS operating system in the form of a ctrtransfer image ;)

I thought the point of using 3DS was that it accessed the parent game's dsp. Since the dsp is included in the 3DS/CIA file, wouldn't this dump it's own dummy dsp?

This cia is compiled with enough permissions to freely read the ctrnand (actually they appear to be the default permissions on homebrew titles), so it just accesses the home launcher's executable and makes a high quality video game rip from there :D

No hate but... Why make this in a cia format (which you will surely delete it after dump your DSP Firmware) when this code can be merged with something necesary and often useful on CFW like FBI?

Some people may prefer smaller 'single task' programs than to 'bulk up' another program, especially something which may be regularly used/permanently installed like FBI.
