I have been working on trying to get debug working in this game. I don't have the game yet so I can not work on it yet, but since this is a emulated from the genesis games I have begun collecting data from the genesis games themselves, so far I found the Level Select and debug mode flags in S3K. Right now I am working on a way to force the game to go to the level Select Screen when selecting player one incase this game has total removed the sound test option from appearing even if the flags are set to true to allow it to appear.

That's interesting to hear that KazoWAR. debug mode on sonic games are fun!

The worst glitch i encountered in JenesisDS in the Sonic games was in Sonic and Knuckles in the Lava Reef zone last boss. The lava originally tilted diagonally in a mechanic to make the fight harder. In JenesisDS, the effect couldn't be properly emulated thanks to the DS hardware limits apparently. The lava just kind of obscured the screen when it tried to tilt, making the game harder. I wonder if this was fixed...

GAH! I need it to start making DS versions of my codes.

Anyways another update about forcing Level Select and Debug modes in SCC 1 Player mode, I got Level select to appear in Sonic 2 in the same manner as I did in S3K.

Yes, The normal means to access them has been removed/disabled. In S2 there is no Options screen to enter the code in sound test, in S3K, there is no Sound Test selection after doing the code on the swinging vine. My theory is the actual menus are still in the game, just hidden, so forcing the 1 Player option to go to it with a code seems like the way to go in getting it.

Modes: Clean & Patch
SD speed: 1x-MAX (Patch) runs fine
SD speed: 1x-2x (Clean) anything higher than 2x causes black screen
