i mean as in the game doesn't freeze when i battle random npcs like pic related.

Thats normal, it's not that it freezes, give it like 5-10 seconds and all they will say is " " and then you battle, it seems like it freezes but it tries to look for what the NPC was supposed to say, these are NPc's that have their text removed or edited and their battle format was changed to double's instead of singles
These trainers will eventually battle. Give it like 20s. If it doesnt eventually battle then it is a problem.

Hi, anyone knows what font did Flintiex (or Asia81?) use for the titlescreen's "Press Start" picture ? I'm quite interested in it but can't find it

Texts and Title screen will only be changed for EN language, but everything else (updated typings/movesets/encounters/trainers/...) will be there regardless of language.
If you want to play with the updated dialogs, either play in english, translate it to IT or have someone do it for you.
I'm working on a FR translation right now myself^^
You need to dump the game with braindump, then extract the romfs folder with ASia81's tool then use use pk3ds to extract the GARCs (You need to change 0/7/6 and 0/8/4 for IT language).If you want though, you can just edit the files in the archive I attached and send it back to me, I'll do the romfs building.
Here's my setup :
I use Notepad++, in the same window open "NeoXY_gametexts_en" & "NeoXY_gametexts_it" on one side and "XY_gametexts_en" & "XY_gametexts_it" on the other.
Then you can use a plugin for N++ called "Compare" (find it in Plugin > Plugin Manager) to compare "XY_gametexts_en" to "NeoXY_gametexts_en", and everytime you find something that's different edit "NeoXY_gametexts_it" so that it translates the EN version.
Do the same for storytexts.
(The "NeoXY_gametexts/storytexts_it" files I attached are just a copy of the vanilla files, do it however you want but that's the files you'll need to edit if you want to make a translation)
I've also attached pngs for title screen/push start, if you want to edit them too (especially if you want a custom "push start" button, you should probably leave the title screen as it is if you're not an artist^^) ; along with my french files as an example (I translated them already, but I need to do corrections yet).
Last but not least^^ Note the "\n", "\c\n" & "\r\n" characters in your texts, because they are essentials.
\n means the text after goes on a new line
\c\n means the same except it will go on a new textbox (you'll have to press A ingame to make it appear)
\r\n seems to make the text go in a new textbox, but without you needing to press A (just keeping it pressed), but I'm not really sure of this one.
You should always be careful that you don't put too much characters on the same line (~50 characters max.) or your text will be distorded/cut ingame. Also, textbox ingame only have 2 lines so if you have 2 \n in the same textbox it will scroll (line 1 disappear, line 2 & 3 visible).

Hi. I was just wondering why I do not encounter any different wild pokemon than in the orginal game. True, I've only progressed an hour or so into the game. The dialogue's different, the starter pokemon battle is different too... but once you reach the area on route 1 where different pokemon should appear - for me that's not the case! I watched a youtube video and the lets player encountered lots of different ones.
__ I have a cia of the REGULAR game installed in GW Emunand. I have the current 1.5 update for the game installed as a cia as well. I have started the romhack via the *.3ds file that sits on the red GW Card.
Since I had to start a new game and since the dialogue was changed... I thought it worked.
What did I miss?

That's fine, I just figured that here was the most logical place to ask for it
I'm trying to do an FR mod of this (the ROM itself is pretty much done, but I still have a lot of work to do on documentation) so yes, I'd like if you could help me get the same font as yours. Currently I'm using an Unown-style font that looks decent but I guess it would make more sense if EN and FR had the same =)

Looks like you used the alpha sapphire font, right ? I've already experienced a bit with my current font so I should be able to make something that doesn't look shitty^^
Now I just need to check for translation mistakes, make a new "Press Start" button and translate that 135 pages-long pdf about pokemon changes
(and maybe find a way to make pk3ds not destroy pronouns when playing in french, but that's not likely to happen...)
