1. It's easier to translate
2. I will get more attention (mostly from Pokémon nubs)
3. English version only gets released spring 2010, so you know this was gonna happen XD

Working on my DSOne Super Card SDHC.

Dl'd the rom, patched with v3.0 localized names then changed the arm7.bin file with the one here:

Working fine. I have 4 gym badges and haven't frozen once.

Oh, I see where it is. File ID 3 contains the battle messages, which I did infact state in the first post, which scripts I took from Platinum.

The Pokédex 100% only applies to the localized patches, as only the names of the Pokémon are translated.

There is no real need to translate the entries, because when you receive a Pokémon from a different region, such as one of the US games, it's entry will be displayed in whatever language the Pokémon's region is (only after acquiring the National Dex and doing a certain something).

Hello again, I've patched both games with v3.0. Everything is working great on the AK2i running AKAIO. As you've confirmed before.

But, is it possible to trim the patched rom without having bad effects? I need to free some space up on my memory card.
