I'm pretty positive this will see an English release someday, I wouldn't translate it for the next 6 months, it got too much text so yeah.. just be patient and wait some longer, if no one announces a localisation this year.. then well yeah, ask again. XD

4625 - Last Window Mayonaka no Yakusoku (Hotel Dusk: The Last Window)

Release date
14th January 2010

Game info
Last Window: Mayonaka no Yakusoku is an adventure video game developed by Cing and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS handheld game console. It is the sequel to Hotel Dusk: Room 215, starring protagonist Kyle Hyde and being placed one year after the events of its predecessor. The game will have visual and audio styles similar to the first game's. In this game, Kyle Hyde finds himself in the Cape West Apartments, Los Angeles, in 1980. The story of this sequel will be separate from the first game's, even though it will include some connections with it.
As of yet a least no NA publisher has picked this title up, so I have doubts that they will at all, or if they do, it wont be for many months. Since this game fell somewhat under the radar it didnt make as much money as anticipated in Western Countries. I loved the first one and i'd love the chance to play the sequel (in english

+1, especially since it's likely not to come to the USA (see draglade 2)

I see no need for a translation of this.

Well that message is from 31st of july, but there's no release date as of yet.
So it might just be dropped, I don't see the need to not translate it, if the translators are interested, then why not?

The Europe one is from July, the US announcement is from November. You ask me why not? Maybe because it's frustrating to translate something for nothing but a thank you, tho sometimes you don't even get that... and then, 3 months later, the game gets released in the language you translated it and those ppl make moneys with it. Tho.. not that much, since everyone already downloaded the patch.

You know, I just think it's a waste of time to translate something that's gonna be localised sooner or later and I also do think a little patience can't hurt. The US localisation was announced in November, I don't think the game is THAT text heavy, so I dunno.. give them 3 months to finish the translation. A fantranslation would take at least that long too so yeah...

Game name
Katekyoo Hitman Reborn! DS Flame Rumble X - Mirai Chou-Bakuhatsu!!

Release date
July 23rd, 2009 Japan Only

Game info
2D Fighting Game (DS is reallly lacking in this department.)
Based on a popular anime show in Japan, show never made west side. So none of the previous games ever did. The game also was never even considered to be released west side, but from playing free play mode for the bit that I did, it was sure as hell allot of fun! 50 characters, more than half unlockable, i'm not to sure how many are clones though.

Game name
Tsukibito

Release date
August, 2009

Game info
It's a point-and-click adventure, with a pretty intriguing storyline and cute character art and background design etc. It's definitely a bit quirky and perhaps too strange to ever see an localized release.. But I'm sure the point-and-click fans would loove this. (Think Phoenix Wright, Lux Pain, Another Code, Hotel Dusk etc..)

Travel to the strange city of Kagura and meet monsters. Not just any run of the mill monsters however. These motley assortment of oddly appointed beasts are called Tsukibito and only some people can see them. Notably, most adults don't have the ability to see the Tsukibito because old folks just aren't hip to the preternatural. Two young heroes including a boy suffering from amnesia enter Kagura and interact with the Tsukibito, solve life's little mysteries, and engage a number of mini-games. One of the mini-games plays similarly to Dance Dance Revolution where arrow cues must be tapped in order to bring the monsters out and about in the burg of Kagura. The game is broken up into 10 chapters, each of which features a different mystery or adversarial drama to overcome.

The graphics are to die for, amirite? ;D

Your offering
I could do really little tidbits of translation, but that's probably not worth it. Help with the extraction of the script.. I could hunt down some translators.. perhaps. Right now I'm trying to set up other projects, so this should probably be set on hold for a very long time, if it ever even happens.

Trailers

What? A girl hanging herself?... Yes, such cute characters.. but don't let the graphics fool you.

the problem with this is that when it comes out, it will have censored violence. also it should be easy to translate since the script is already written, Gamefaqs.com has the entire script written. so it should be lighting fast.
