Ds Pico IR Discussion

I thought no one was talking about this newer model of ds pico, so that I should make a thread & hear your thoughts on this

The IR function integrated into flashcarts doesn't seem very useful?
Can't TWiLightMenu++ also use the IR function of official game cartridges?
For example:
- on a DSi, run TWiLightMenu++ from the SD card and insert a DS cartridge;
- on an NDS/NDSL, run TWiLightMenu++ from a GBA cartridge and insert a DS cartridge?(Is that so? I don’t have an NDS/NDSL)

Yes it can use for example a Pokemon Black cartridge and use its IR sensor for White 2 or SoulSilver!
But the games with IR sensors are getting ridiculous expensive (regarding Pokemon games), so it is likely cheaper to get a flashcart with IR instead.
