always on the cleanup, here we go:
-correct force video mode setting in the loader menu, it should now navigate properly
-added a security patch reset when the game is about to reset itself, fixes sonic cd exit
-added a better GXInit search, should fix virtua striker 3
-added disney hide and sneak ARStartDMA exception
It's people like you that make me still wanna help out, thank you for the fix Fix94!

I've noticed that most people don't include the following:

What type of Wii or Wii U console they are using and the region. Some games work on one Wii but not another or they work on a Wii but not a Wii U.
Is the ISO full or optimized and the region.
Are you using any special settings like MCEmu or force PAL?
If using a full ISO have you checked it against the known hashes?
What controller are you using as I've noticed some games are picky what controller you are using like Resident Evil?
Did the game ever work fully, if so what was the last revision it worked on?
Are you using a loader or launching Nintendont via HBC?
Are you loading the games from internal SD slot or USB?
If USB and on a Wii U, are you using a Y-cable to give the HDD extra power?
If using MCEmu, what card size are you using?
But I already did all that in my original report post!

I'm sorry I didn't include this information when I asked for help. I should have known better. It was also stupid of me to not use full ISOs when I have the space for it. As a little update to my progress I have all the games ISOs full now, I changed the MCEmu to 251, and I am now just waiting for the partitions on the HDD with the games to finish merging. (Long story) Once finished, I'll test out the games again and let you guys know if the problem is gone.

I have a question and sorry if this has been asked before but is it possible to invert the Right Analog Stick's X axis and Y axis using the .ini file? i ask because a lot of Nintendo games have inverted camera controls and i would like to play them without it being inverted.

I was NOT targeting you. I was responding about the need for some kind of standard form for people to fill out when reporting game issues as I noticed a lot of people simply say game X doesn't work and they don't give any info about their setup and then they complain when they don't get help.

I am using the Wii U Pro Controller and would to do this too but I know that controller doesn't use an INI. I am used to newer games that allowed you to customize these things.

So I propose all people reporting game issues copy and paste this form

Game :
Describe Issue :
Region :
Wii/Wii U :
Nintendont revision :
Last know working revision (if any) :
Loader used (if any) with revision no. :
SD/USB :
SD/USB make and model :
ISO 1:1/compressed :
McEmu/Real Mem card :
Native on/off :
Controller used if Native off :

What do you think? Based off ccfman2004's list.

I would add the bold. Different HDDs can give different results especially on ones that like to sleep.

Hi.
with the loader 2.178 ccrash wrath of cortex(pal) the screen is cut off, even forcing to pal 50

Hi Again to all devs.
Made more tests on this game.
I found that the latest revision working is the 2.149
after this revision the screen is cut off.

P.S.
Test made on pal wii with HDTV cable(Red green and blue)
if made with default cable is working good.

So yeah, my memory card never gets read for Nintendont. :(

Tried GCMM, but I need Dolphin, but since I have an Ubuntu, it doesn't work.

Hey guys, I'm using Nintendont on my Wii but it seems that whatever rev I use, MGS The Twin Snakes will freeze after a while (sometimes 2 minutes, sometimes an hour) and the GC "an error has occured" message pop-up. I tried with F-Zero GX and it's the same. I'm using a transcend 8gb key, FAT32 and 32k cluster. May I add, I'm running NTSC games on my PAL Wii (mostly for 480p). Is this a known issue, am I doing something wrong, do you need more info ? Let me know, thanks a lot !

I completely forgot that what video cable is used can factor in. Thanks for reminding me. Maybe this could be posted in the OP or on the Nintendont website so when someone has an issue not covered in the compatibility list, we have a better understanding of their setup is.

it's no worse than if you pirated

it's probably better, because not all keys on key sites are stolen

i heard a related story for a dev actually

DRMs are getting stronger these days
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
they bought their own game on a key site and checked where they came from and it turned out they were review copies he had given out by email to someone
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    *all* of them
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
no storefront I'm aware of (at least on pc) requires the devs to pay for the keys they generate
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
they don't lose money doing this, even if someone decide to chargeback
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
so that seems to be a pretty common thing, i kinda blame the dev for that one though as they were giving out like 5 keys to someone just because they asked for multiple copies for review for whatever reason and there were multiple people doing this. he should've seen the red flags
  • linuxares @ linuxares:
@The Real Jdbye Yet devs tell US that they get charged possible charge backs? Its no idea we keep this up since I have to trust the devs more than key reseller sites.
  • linuxares @ linuxares:
(the chargeback is a penalty fee from the Credit card company, apparently around 30$)
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@SylverReZ, i decided to watch serial experiments lain subbed bc the audio in the latin spanish dub is in bad quality (probably bc that anime hasnt been oficially rereleased with that dub)
