Means, can u add the possibility to boot GC Backup Launcher v0.2 in Neogamma?
Got an interesting issue concerning cMIOS (for mios patcher and cmios installer).
If you run an original GC Game with the Disc Channel and u installed the cmios (with wii backup launcher compatiblity), the GC Backup launcher v0.2 will appear in the Disc Channel to tell you that there is reading error.
The issue can be solved by patching the MIOS just for "rungcbackup" (without wii backup launcher compatibility). So the GC-Backups are just running in the Gamecube Launcher v0.2 (which can be launched through HBC).
But Neogamma is not recognizing GC-Games anymore.
That's why it would be great to run a separate Gemacube launcher in neogamma.
Neogamma is the perfect/best disc based launcher so far, and with GC-compatibility it would be an "all in one" Launcher.
But I didn't tested R9. So I dunno how u implemented the new GC compatibility. If you are using a similar solution, it would be fantastic.
NeoGamma's internal GC mode should work the same way as WiiGator's GC Backup Launcher 0.2, if the one works, the other should also work. You need to enable internat GC mode, did you do that?
Anyways, when Waninkoko releases rev6 of his cMIOS, i recommend to install that anyways. And that shouldn't show any options when launching from disc channel.

Yes. Sorry i totally forgot about you, i thought i replied. The code dump you got told my that the stuff i was trying was wrong, and the way NeoGamma is booting the .dols now is better. I would like to know if the memory areas of that 2nd .dol and NeoGamma overlap. That's what i think, R8 is using much more memory than R7, and i fear that's the problem here. Are you able to use a hexeditor? If yes i would like to see the start of the .dol you are trying to boot, the 2nd .dol from the disc. In need the area from offset 0x00 to 0x0100, in that area i can see what memory area the .dol uses.
before it.

Have a go at setting up Sneek Di you can play Sam and Max from your Fat32 UsbOuahOuah said:For the moment, NeoGamma don't read .WBFS on NTFS or FAT32.
Maybe one day...
Got a NTFS with "wbfs" directory and ".wbfs" files in it and only USBGX launches them...
But on GX, no "alt dol+ method" so no "Sam & Max"...
Perfect combination : NTFS/FAT32 partition AND a real WBFS partition
