Downgraded from 9.9 German/EUR on New3DS to 9.2 with the 9.2 full files from "that ISO site". First i had the Problem that sysupdater would freeze every time i launched it. The trick for me was to wait about 30sec. when Homebrew Menue was launched. Since i tried that, sysupdater launched every time.

you should check for hidden files within the updates folder. you can use something like CTRXplorer to check the folder as well.

The updates folder only seems to have 102 CIA files in it

I can get to the power screen now by waiting about 10 sec and holding the power button briefly. Hitting home does nothing for me. I used Ironhax as my entrypoint. Can't do much after this.

Take out your sd card and power on. If it works then you need to get rid of your theme extdata (:

Mine does as well but still getting the same error.

Try and make sure the Updates/ folder has a capital U. That seemed to fix it for me.

Downgraded from 10.3 to 9.2 animal crossing new 3ds
for some reason im out of luck ive tried several methods (gateway 3dsx,emunand9,paster cfw and cake fw) and all ended eith either a black screen or booting me back to hbl

you need to install cubic ninja legit cia so you can use ninjhax1 ....
