Are you using the tux build? Did you do it through shufflehax and did you run FTBrony before running the app?

Well got it to work, Sysupdater states successful and it restarted it self. At black screen waiting to see if it does anything before forcing turn off of it.
Used menuhax - FTP - Downgrade to get it to work.

If you're on OSX it's the extended attribute files OSX creates on thumb drives screwing up sysUpdater. You need to open a terminal window, navigate to the updates folder and run rm -f ./._*

Finder does a really stupid thing and creates a file named ._file.example for every single file on any external drive. sysUpdater isn't smart enough to skip them.
