Is there any apps that support the gamepad through wii u vc?

I know the lastest gen plus has support for the gamepad. Is there one for the nes and gba emulators that works with the gamepad controls via wii vc inject.

If the homebrew has Classic Controller support, it will work with the gamepad as a Wii VC inject

But they only work with the wii u pro controller, which is awesome but would be nice if it supported gamepad too like how the gen plus update supports both the gamepad and wii u pro.

I did make those back when I made libwupc, maybe I'll add libwiidrc to them too, seems like some people are interested in it, I was originally planning to update them back when I made libwiidrc but since there are wiiu emulators I didnt think anybody would want it.

Ah sweet, that would be so awesome if you could do that!

I couldnt get retroarch to work, too confusing to me. Also I guess there is the vc injects with the nintendo made emulators, but installing titles one by one can be time consuming.

Anyway its up to you, also wondering would the new versions with the gamepad support also have cover support, like shown here https://gbatemp.net/threads/cover-collections-for-emulators-with-cover-support.324714/#post-4177183
I dont know if that is easy to add or it too much, but if not its fine, just the gamepad support is perfect :)

Hey is the snes,nes, and gba/gb emus for wii/vwii to support the gamepad still a work in progress?

Id be glady to donate to you if thatll motivate ya, im that generous and serious about this.

I ran into trouble with it, somehow with the new devkitppc or something things just dont work correctly anymore, I may have to get out older versions or do a lot of debugging to get these apps compiled with modern compiler versions...

I really did not want to try an older devkit to be honest, anyways after some debugging I think I now have a build that compiles properly, maybe you can give this file of fceugx a shot and see if it works as it should, I do not have any button mapping GUI set up yet so its all hardcoded for now, it should properly detect your sd card and the gamepad should be able to control the game you choose.

If it all works then I think I know at least the settings needed to continue working on it and of course the rest of the emus too.

This is a brillant port!
The Wii U gamepads controls very well, both during menu screens and ingame.

I also noticed this also supports the wii u pro controller as well, ands its cool to have the gamepad as player 1 and a wii u pro as player 2. However it will only work as player 2 if the controller is actually paired on the wii u as p2 otherwise any controller paired as p1 will play the same time as if it was being controlled with the gamepad.
