The folder name is not the TexID. The TexID is a number that the textures themselves are assigned to. You need to run the TexIDfix python script and assign the model.nut a unique ID. The existing IDs are in order, so anything past 8 should be unique. As more texture hacks come out, we'll probably start running into people TexID fixing to the same numbers, so I just change the number on everything I download myself. I keep things simple and just go in numerical order; if it's costume 9, it gets an ID of 9, if it's costume 15, it gets an ID of 15, étc, but the number can actually be whatever you want, as long as it's between 1 and 255 and unique to that texture.
Did you build the mod with smash file explorer?
Custom music works fine just putting it on X:\0005000010145000\sound\bgm\ , but other stuff needs to be build with smash file explorer.

That would explain, why Sonic doesnt work.. But i dont find the reason for the sounds..
We'll that's my issue, the texid script isn't working for me. I run the script, and it says success, but the .nut and .nud aren't affected at all. And it's odd because I didn't use texid at all on my 9th costume, it was until the 10th where I started having issues with it.
The script is different than the bat file. The bat file will say success even when it doesn't succeed. I use the python script and haven't had any issues with it.
How do I run the python script? I'd assume it's the same at the nut check, so what would Ineed to enter into the cmd? I was trying last night but only got errors saying something about exceeded max lines or something

Could someone please help, i'm following the ts4m texture hack tutorial & when i get to the part where it says to set up specific bookmarks on the WiiU i do all that, but once i go to open the bookmark it takes about 5min to load & then everytime gives me an error code & says couldn't load page... please help i would really like to get/make custom textures.

where x is the ID number you want. Make sure the model.nud and model.nut are in the same folder as the script.

which link would i use i used loadiine.ovh to get sounds files but, i don't know which link to use to dump the game :/
Does anybody know if the next update for Sm4sh Explorer that adds support for additional stage music will have the option to make a song play on multiple stages? Kind of like how the DLC stages have some songs that are also used on other stages.
Ok, so I am having a issue still here. Now I am trying to use EasyInject for textures, but it won't work. I also updated the EasyInject file, edited it and such. But for some odd reason I am still not able to actually get it to work still. No temp.gtx file shows and nothing actually happens. I am honestly lost lol. Can anyone help me out?
I think I might have figured out how to edit the spawn rates for items, Pokemon and assists.
I'm going to try and document their IDs then post my findings here.
My goal is to completely disable the Pokemon and assists that just plain suck, like Nintendog and Nightmare, and make Smash Balls spawn slightly more often.
Also to make Waluigi pop out of Masterballs if I can.
