I don't have a hacked 3ds nor I have interest to hack it, so please don't suggest any homebrew unless I can play it with a non hacked 3ds.

Do you have a DS flashcard you use on 3DS? if so https://gbatemp.net/threads/ikureader-an-e-book-reader.275315/ As for official ones, i know of none. nor of homebrew.

Sadly not.

You might be best with a service that allows you to read books in HTML format. Public domain sites usually allow you to download these and read them in a web browser and sometimes read them online in your web browser. You might have some luck, but probably wont. Worth a try, anyway. Be aware that most of these books are old classics. A lot of them are still relevant and still worth reading if you haven't ever.
