Be careful with asking for that kind of files (they're copyrighted and is against the rules ask for that).
And, in the same tutorial as you referring says that use Deluge (or another torrent manager) to download that magnet related link. Check and try again
I'm looking into get a flash cart for GBA games for the DS Phat / DS Lite. I was thinking about the EZ Flash Omega. Should I consider another product or is there something newer? I want to play Pokemon games, but I am worried about the savedata getting corrupted. RTC is important to me as well. Can I soft reset with these carts? I would also like to take and replace save data, but that shouldn't be a problem with the Omega as savedata is written directly to the MicroSD card. Thanks!

I have a (new)2dsxl for travel and an (old)3dsxl for home. With Luma and .cia installed games, would I be able to transfer an sd card between the devices, or would I need 2 sd cards and transfer the saves?
You will need 2 sd cards and either JKSM or Checkpoint to decrypt and extract the saves from one console to use to inject into the game on the other. The sd card is encrypted per console so swapping sd cards wont work.
I have an old R4i+ RTS 3DS/DS flashcart that I original bought for my N3DS from 2018 for installing CFW on. But I'm hoping to dust it off and load some games on it for my ODS now. It looks like I need the kernel files/firmware to play games from the flashcart. However on their website, I'm not seeing my model there. Can I use a later model?

Yes. That's the adequate kernel for your FC. Remember using a FAT32 formatted microSD card on the FC.
And also, remember to put the internal switch of your FC in the DS-mode position

I bought a US console with 7.1.0-16U firmware on it, and a "2020 R4 3ds upgrade SDHC Revolution GOLD pro real time save" card.
I can see the newest official firmware is 11.13.0-45. Is it worth upgrading?

PS (For other tempers): Yes, I know that latest version is avalaible too for install CFW, but personally I consider that is always better to have a low system FW version, because there's more options to install a CFW in that case than with the latest one.

Can I soft reset with flashcarts with GBA games like Gen 3 and Gen 4 Pokemon games like Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Pearl, Plantinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver? I will be using Ez Flash Omega. I can't find any information for Omega. Sometimes patching is mentioned, but soft resetting is baked into those games and Omega doesn't require patching?
No. DS backups (.nds format) are loaded directly from the flashcard (r4i) itself, or if you want load them from the console SD card using either TWLMenu++, or using forwarders too.Another question: I've managed to get FBI on the 3ds console card. Can I get it to load backups from the micro SD card in the r4i cart, or can I install FBI on the R4i cart?
But FBI doesn't nothing to see with r4i-type flashcards.
Is there an easy way to install over 300 titles? I saw some methods mentioned a few times from searching, but nothing I read was current (from 2020), so I wanted to make sure I did it the right way.

3dsbank https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-3dsbank-nintendo-3ds-folder-selector.516996/ is your only option of having more than 300 titles. You would switch each time between the different sets of titles depending on what the folder you have active has.
No. I dont see why FBI would have any issue with a lot of installs. They are done one at time. Just needs time to get it done.
are you stuck with the first sd you use to install cfw with? I want to do the process on a 32gb, test my screens and some homebrew etc, but later use a 128gb+, should I just do the 128gb+ first.
No. Just make sure the sd card you want to use has passed the hwtest with no errors and has been formatted to FAT32 with 32kb clusters.
