It was contextually relevent. It was a reaction picture posted in response to a thread made about him and his work. I guess it's not against the rules to hate memes, but how is it that you should be more relevant than who/what the thread is even about?

well this "EmuNAND" is not an EmuNAND if you wouldnt see the title of the Video or the Thread... it could be a NAND without anything to recreate this video as fake wouldnt be hard. understand what i mean
