ROM Hack DS FTP 2.4 released

i really wished this had 2 part, a server and client, so you can download stuff easily off other ds with just 1 software.

Every thing works for me and i only copied the dldi patched dsftp.nds to my microsd, and created a config file in /data/settings/. Eveything works fine, but theres a message saying in error in line two, although it doesn't effect anything.

Hmm, I had it working last night when I setup my computer to act as an access point for my DS. Could connect to Nintendo WiFi, and then, when I tried, was able to have DSFTP start-up. But then, when I tried again later, it got stuck at the searching for access point step again..! I wonder what happened?

Hey I would like to share my experience. When the router's setting transmission rate is set to auto, my ds can't find wifi, but when it's set to anything else it can. Hope that helps

Do you find that this is for the Nintendo WiFi setup? Or is it for the homebrew type stuff exclusively?

Wow I never could get this to work before but now I tried again, since I know a little more about FTP servers and stuff and WOW this app is awesome.

Yeah nintendo wifi, i was lucky to figure that out, or else my wifi would of never worked.

Sorry to bump this old topic, im using DSFTP and really impressed by it. However one problem im having is when i come to delete files. I can create directories no trouble at all on my R4 but when i try to delete i get a 550 error.

Any ideas?

edit: it appears i can delete files but not directories. I assume this is a permissions issue butcant find out what i need to change

i connected no problem, but there is no directory structions and it keeps saying:
ERROR:> Requested action not taken (e.g., file or directory not found,

i tried typing /_system_ , and a dozen other dir's but none found still

i have 2 ds's both with r4ds... patched dldi and installed on both ds's...

one finds the network and works perfect..

the other gets stuck at 'searching for access point'...

wtf? any suggestions/?
