Bonjour tout le monde,
I've mentionned this before in a post and it seemed to draw attention. Thought I'd dedicate an entire topic to the subject
So, me and Shaun(j66) are going to the USA for about 3 weeks. We'll be in New York City on thursday.
Here's where we're going to be this whole time:
- April 17th - 23rd: New York City
We'll be meeting mthrnite, SpikeyNDS and his wife Mikki, and possibly VVoltz who lives close to the NYC area!
We've planned a lot of stuff, we want to see things like... well, the must-see's like the statue of liberty, empire state building, etc.
- April 23rd - 26th: San Francisco
We have a chance to meet mr Urza Antimeta on the 23rd, if our respective schedules allow it.
We'll be doing cool stuff there (Golden Gate Bridge! yay) and on the last day we'll be renting a car, so we can drive to the other cities.
- April 26th - 28th: Santa Cruz
My original purpose for this trip was to meet a friend of mine who lives in Santa Cruz. We'll only be staying for 2 days though
I don't know if there's much to do in Santa Cruz but my friend will take us to cool places. She goes to uni there, and she knows LA too...
- April 28th - May 2nd: Los Angeles
On the 28th we'll be leaving early in the morning from Santa Crzu to drive down to Los Angeles. We'll be driving alongside the ocean.. awesome road trip.
I believe there's plenty of things to do in LA... unfortunately we don't know anyone near LA so I don't think we will be meeting anyone there.
- May 1st: trip to Las Vegas
In the middle of our stay at Los Angeles, we'll leave on a road trip to Las Vegas. It's not so far, and we can't go to the USA without seeing Las Vegas...
I don't think we'll be going to any casino (money & time wasting activity IMO) or maybe just to have a quick look.
We'll go back to New York City on May 2nd, stay for a night there, then fly back to Europe. We'll be in Europe on the 4th.
This should be fun. If anyone wants to meet us we can give details as to where we'll be staying.
