Guys if you get access forbidden try clicking on wamp going to Apache -> httpd.conf then do do control or command f on your computer and search for in the httpd.conf documentroot then scroll down and to find

<directory />
OptionsFollowSymslink
AllowOverride None
Order deny, allow
Deny from all
</directory>

Change deny from all to Allow from all

then scroll down until you get to

#onlineofflinetag
you should see a Allow from <iphere> change that to
Allow form all

Then save it and try again

Just to add to this, it seems that some newer versions of WAMP have a differently-formatted httpd.conf.
In the newer versions, I found that I simply had to edit 'Require local' to 'Require all granted'.

Doing as I said in my post works fine for me. I don't think the 'Allow from' entries even work in newer versions.

Funny that shouldn't happen. It's suppose to be 100% what file are you running before loadliine?

Anyway what I do is I load kexploit551.mp4 first and then load the Loadiine.mp4 and then I got the Race attack error every time. Thanks again.

Look at the bottom of the first post. You have to modify something in httpd.conf

Hmm where are you loading that kexploit551.mp4 from?

I use xampp so I load it in my Wii U browser as per the TS instructions "www > 5.5.1 -> Kernel_Exploit" -- when I load it - it works - I see the Illuminati AScii loading screen and then when I am trying to load the Loadiine.mp4 from "www > 5.5.1 -> Loadiine_GX2" I get the Race attack error..

Go to cmd type in ipconfig

under wireless lan you should see ipv4
then there is your ip adress you type into the gamepad browser as
http://192.168.xx.xxx

then you run n keksploit for loadliine.mp4 then loadliine.mp4
