It gives your body everything it needs to produce serotonin at short notice.
Also helps against depression for that very same reason.

I knew that, but for me it didn't help alot. I just have to make sure to eat enough so that I will recover ASAP. Eating, however, is the hardest thing ever during and after molly.

Some MJ does help though, it doesn't recover me but it sure makes the day easier.

It's been a long time but, usually I just sleep it off. My record for sleeping is 28 hours now. Lol
