Emulation wii u - how to install Mario Kart 8 DLCS

Hi guys (i'm new with WII U) do you know if it's possible to download and install MK8 DLCs in a WII U still not hacked? I bought the console and found inside MK8 already installed, and i wonder if i can just find out a way to install the two DLCs without having to hack the console.

No idea if this is still possible due to eShop closure (needs free DLC installed) and how viable the method is.

As far as I know there is no legal way of getting this DLC anymore.

Thanks for the reply. I will install the CFW hacks for sure in a while.
I already have good games to play with (double zelda, mk8 and ssb).
Could you tell me (outside thread) if its possible to install any legal stuff without the E-Shop?

The original method will not work anymore , since the eshop closed, unless you have at least one dlc. You can no longer get the free one legitimately unless you already got it from the eshop.
