That guy runs the show in Germany, although I think it has been given up since a few weeks. He will have a little more of a "big" time in two weeks when Carvinal in Cologne starts. Which is due to him being more kind of a crappy comedian who does appearances on Carnival events, not due to his face slash haircut (No for f***'s sake, NOT all Germans look like this, in fact he's the last one of a kind that died out at about 2001 [k, not mentioning those rednecks over in what we used to call theGDR, you usually can spot boys or sumpin like that with this kind of hair, but GDR never even counted]). His name is *drumroll* Guido Cantz (and yes, it DOES absolutely sound like what you want it to when you would speak his name). Nutihn' more to say...
