For gamecube you need nintendont and for wii cfg USB loader.

    Yep he's correct, that's what I use.
Nintendont is hands down the best Gamecube loader.
CFG USB Loader supports loading from SD while USB Loader GX doesnt. And Wiiflow gives serious issues overall.

For Gamecube games, use DMToolbox to convert your .iso/.gcm into the correct format. You'll end up with a folder. Put this into SD:/games/

For Wii games, use Wii backup manager. Convert your .iso games into wbfs format. Then place the folder it gives you, in SD:/wbfs/

Translation note: Don't actually do this, nintendon't own wiki/page advises that while trimmed ISO etc works, best performance is achieved from normal image file without any modification to it. They specifically say to not DMT toolbox or anything with Nintendon't. Even if they may/may not work still after trimming/adjusting, Nintendon't team themselves expressly say to not do it.

According to the compatibility list, trimmed games are supported. It even shows off which games can and cannot be trimmed. I myself trim whatever games I can and fit them all on a 16 GB SD card, and they work flawless just as they normally should. That's besides the point, I didn't recommend DMToolbox for trimming, you can use it to get your games in Nintendont format.

I heard that you can also just make a folder yourself such as SD:/games/<AnyName>/game.iso
    without using DMToolbox at all.
