hmm it's the translation good enough, i have heard of people translating script with translating program, internet translation and it's innaccurate

* complete spirits description (Spirits names aren't translated, don't complain about grammar)
* almost all system menu
* mecha upgrade menu
* some status menu
* some mecha parts name
* more pilot&mecha names
* etc

the script isn't easy to hack. even shinryouma can't do it (so far i know) i've been told enough to know that only 3 people can do it =/

* Complete Mecha parts names & 99% descriptions (not enough space for High Performace Radar's description)
* More menus (pilot status skill, PU form, pre-battle, in-battle box, etc)

I'll put the patch in the download section to make easier search in the future.

As Noitora said in post #52, THE SCRIPT IS COMPRESSED WITH ADVANCE PROGRAM, so the script can't be translated (only advance programmer with advance program can translate the script).

And now there are not one, but TWO people, who go to great lengths to NOT translate them. They translate system menu, weapon names, character names, but not something that actually makes the game playable ? I just...just...ARRRGH !!!

i e reacon u could use these to update this patch with correct unit names weapons skills everything expect the story of course

You don't know the PROBLEMS of translating, one of them is SPACE, there're only 3 spaces available, while spirit's name require minimum 4 spaces (the shortest spirit's name). For me spirit's description is more important than the name, when you're going to use a spirit, the description shows up on the top screen (you can read it before confirming).

The game is still playable without English translation, I played SRT series in PS & PS2 without any translation.

Kira Yamato, it's not that hard to fulfill the mission objective, you don't need mission objective translation.

tom9927, what are you doing? I know you want to help, but you don't know the situation. Not every mecha names have the same available spaces :
Mazinger Z -> MazingZ (only 7 spaces available)
Strike Freedom Gundam -> StrikeFreedom G (only 15 spaces available)
Gaiking -> Gaikng (only 6 spaces available)
Force Impulse Gundam -> ForceImpulseG (only 13 spaces available)
etc

You can't shortened the names without knowing the available spaces, and I'm not going to tell you how many spaces for each names. Thank you for trying to help, I use my own judgement about shortening names.

which ones are u trying to shorten but have had no luck with i guess i could help with those ones






also theres only one mission i would tranlaste witch is chapter 24 since u must use gainer one that pops up after u kill overdrive once fly him over and it sould make the other two your allies

Edit also how far is your save all the way to the end if not i have a save up to chapter 24







edit my fault thought u ment three words per one not spaces sigh got to read more carefully


another misson i would edit so far is chapter 29 i think its seed choice u are in the lava area and second turn a wolf mec attacks attacks the green mec guy and then turns ally using my brain i worked out i had to fly to the other guy then a cut scceen happened and then i could destory him
