thanks for the work, but not everyone has their computer set up read to compile/compile 3ds stuff, no matter how easy the OP might say it is.
it would have saved a lot of joint minutes/hours of users combined trying to get it working on their own, when that time and like 2 pages of this thread should have been saved if you would have justed posted a compiled version of it
I understand you completely. You got to understand, though, that ReiNAND is a special case. Compiling ReiNAND requires files copyrighted by Nintendo. Providing a compiled version would violate the board rules and actually be piracy in itself. The one thing that I didn't think of so far is that it would be completely okay to post the Ninjhax launcher (.3DSX/.SMDH) only, as this does not require any copyrighted files to compile. You'd need to hunt down the other ReiNAND files from somewhere else then, and I'd have no way of checking that you are using the correct files. You see there's really no noob friendly way to do this.I did try and set up to be able to compile though because its becoming a trend dev wanted people to compile it themselve. I dont really understand the advantage of such release strategy because not a developer myself.
It takes me few hours to find and read stuff being a noob. Once eveything set up. I type 'make'. It gives error. I give up. I guess ill be using whats available for newbie atm.
I just added the Brahma2Loader files only(!) to post #1. If you manage to hunt down the other ReiNAND files, you can try it even without compiling. Everyone compiling their own Brahma2Loaders for other stuff is free to post them as well.
By the way, @Kawaii I think the error message you got was about a missing firmware.bin file. That's the copyrighted one, and you need to hunt that down for compiling.
