You COULD try this:

copy the rxTools folder to your SD card.
Copy SD:/rxTools/system/code.bin to SD:/rxTools.dat

Rename code.bin to rxTools.dat, of course. It may boot from mset, then

I tried that cd306 commit version, after installation data completed and boot to emuNAND then got blackscreen.

It's the rxTools data folder...it should be fine. It was shared here for some older 3.0 betas.

I tried it with/without "Copy SD:/rxTools/system/code.bin to SD:/rxTools.dat" and I get the same error that i'm missing files

I tried ninjhax and mset, both load the app but it won't do the installation.
It only brings me to the menu, if I press R. Then I try Y to load the emunand and it gives me an error screen telling me I'm missing files on my SD card

Are you sure that slot0x25keyx.bin and firmware.bin are in your SD card?
