@pakrett Can you confirm that? 2.x just so happens to be a pathological case and I'd be very much interested in confirmation whether or not rxTools worked before the introduction of rxMode (i.e., before version 2.0), refer to https://gbatemp.net/threads/release...oolkit-fw-2-0-9-2.382782/page-29#post-5399413 to get it.

I can't confirm because the oldest version of rxTools I have is the 2.1, and I never tested anything below the 4.0 firmware, so...

I think that install a full 9.2 update with sysupdater will install the 1.7567 (v4096) browser too. That's why I don't understand where the problem is.
Seriously, everybody have at least one cartridge with a 4.0+ update, no ?
Of course if he don't already have a browser he can't launch rxTools with it to update to 9.2 ^^

Sure, it's before rxMode integration, you will not able to boot anything with that I guess.
No, this version does not support emunand or even sysnand mod I guess, it's just a tool compilation : the first rxTools before it became a CFW.
Also, you don't need to have an emunand to boot rxTools, even with the 3.0

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1
