I am about to get my hands onto a moddable nintendo switch and i wanna get a question answered. Do i need to use a different micro sd card for a clean sysnand (so i could play online) and another micro sd card for a dirty emunand?

No. The sysNAND is your physical console's OS. That's the one you want to keep clean at all costs. The emuNAND is a clone of your sysnand and It's stored in the Micro SD card, and that's the one you'll use for all the dirty stuff.

You'd need extra space anyway, your whole SysNAD is getting copied on the SD Card. I'd get a 256 GB one thb, It's pretty good and you have plenty of space for both nand contents.
