New MicroSD question.

Hi all
I have an original switch, I have a clean SYSnand, for online play and retail games, and an emunand for CFW. It's on a 128GB SD card. How easy is it to move this over to a larger, 265GB card? Would I have to set everything up again, or can I use some software to clone the card?
