Nintendo Switch Online gets four new SNES games this month

Nintendo has just dropped four new classic games onto the Nintendo Switch Online service. These four titles are all Super Nintendo games, adding to the available repertoire. Headlining the games is Battletoads Double Dragon, alongside Big Run, Cosmo Gang: The Puzzle, and Kunio-kun no Dodgeball da yo Zen'in Shūgō! All four games are playable now, and if you haven't heard of them before, have snippets of gameplay viewable in the reveal trailer above.

Wait i thought that title was localized, as in localized for this release, no ? why would they bother ?
Well for most of them, the games have little to no reading required for play. Normally they are puzzle games or similar simple games, so they just expect people to fumble through the menus to get the game going.

All things considered, I’m glad that the NSO is getting more content rather than getting abandoned.
Dodge ball is one of those games that isn't very fun to play as a video game imo, but is extremely fun to play irl. I played a lot of Dodge ball as a teen, and we used a Basketball as the ball. lol
How many people did you kill like that?

I feel like the balance is always off with every NSO announcement.

Perhaps 1 snes, 1 n64, 2 gb, and 2 nes titles every 1/2/3 months, or however long the gaps are in drops would be far more appealing to more people.

Battletoads is cool, but the rest… no thanks.

I hope Nintendo carry the NSO collection across to the next console, but brighten up the offerings, even with GC/VB/64DD and maybe Wii thrown into the mix this time?

I’m dreaming.
