As far as I know its a patch.

Luna, those are ROMs. I checked them and the filesizes are definitely too big for a patch. They both want you to do a survey for the actual game anyway.

@ BGAP POKELEGEND. Check out Kaarosu's thread http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthrea...slation-Project he is making the english patch and he says something about patches in different languages. Hope this helps!
