NUSspli Splatoon with no audio

I just got NUSspli and downloaded Splatoon
There is no sound at all. The gamepad's volume is turned up and other sounds outside of the game work fine. No luck with headphones either..
Anyone know the cause/any fixes?

That sounds really weird and no, I have no idea what could cause that.

Try deinstalling the game completely, then downloading + installing again. Also make sure your USB drive is good (no cheap flash storage, Y cable in case of HDD and so on).

Reinstalling did not work unfortunately, sound is still missing
For more information, i have no USB. I installed it to the NAND

NUSspli downloads games directly from Nintendo's servers, so that's kinda weird. Is it affecting ONLY Splatoon or anything else from NUSspli? Also maybe check the game settings to see if everything is ok, but I think the best solution may be using either WiiUDownloader or Wii U USB Helper to download the game. If that also doesn't work, there is be a problem either with your Wii U or the NUS

Downloaded Mario Maker.
It has sound!! Works just fine.
I'll try european version of Splatoon later, maybe that will work properly

That should work, as it is a """different""" game. It's probable that the error involves either Nintendo's servers or NUSspli as the rest in your Wii U is working

Found the issue.
The issue was that I had no external speakers on my monitor lol
The menu sounds work fine on gamepad.
