You sound like your in good shape. Just check if you can get into the union room. If you can, your perfect. If not, that's the last thing you have to worry about.

That means I won't be able to access Black City in Pokemon Black when I get it for real which stinks.

i have a problem. either game works fine on my Acekard2, but neither work on my boyfriend's 2i, with or without the anti-AP patch (which wasn't used on mine). his either hangs at the loading screen, or says "corrupt system file"

we're both using DSL's.

i've formatted his memory stick.

i've tried his mem stick in my acekard2.

still to no avail. any advice?

So I patched it and everything and tried to run it. But when I start it on my DS it just hangs on the white screen, doesn't even get to the black screen. Is there anything I can do about this?
btw I'm using the n5, it's a clone of R4.

Any news on how save dumping is going along? I tried it with the wifi backup tool (after dumping my own rom), and it didn't work.

there was a tool that backed up HGSS. You can try that, no promises though. Find it here.

I patched the clean rom but it still fails to load and just requests for rebooting when i load the game. What do I do now?

That's because the necessary lines aren't found in the text file:

The above is what you'll see if you try to patch the Pokemon Black Version (U). If you try to patch Pokemon White Version (U), it will look for 6E4A129B.

It doesn't really matter where you paste it, as long as you don't interrupt any of the strings for the other games. Just go to the very end of the GameList.txt and paste it to be safe.
