So if we use the flex cables from the GitHub, we would need to solder 2 extra points? @SQc04

Marked them.

does hekate work? run an emmc benchark, slow mode switches will often fail on OFW boot.
if you attempt to boot OFW continuously whilst a chip is installed and it's reporting slow mode emmc, it could brick the sysnand.
backup your prodkeys, rebuild nand, (follow sthetix level 2 unbrick), and try to boot again without any chip.
Hekate stuck here

Hold the Boot button and connect the Pico to PC then drop the flash_nuke.uf2 file.
Disconnect the Pico then connect it again then flash the 2.67.
If this does not work you may have a bad rp2040 unit.
Thank you for help. I see it show red lite after bridge 2 point on chip same video now it is blue lite then porple. Thank you ❤️

If its stuck at nintendo screen I'm guessing a nand issue.

@rehius does the picofly toolbox just run off a modded version of the hwfly toolbox?
Yep it was the 2040 that was the problem!

At long last!
I had a bad 2040 that was causing the orange light.

Not really. I removed the 2040 from the switch earlier and now soldered it again. Without 2040, it does not start at all now. But mosfet just burned out and smoke went out. It seems my switch is cursed)
No sorry for mine it was the issue. I somehow quoted the wrong thing

it not so big problem can by fix but must remove emmc them add new point and resoldering it :) Easy for pro modders like me.
Is that possible? Remove the emmc and jumper 0.1 wires on cmd and clk points? I think thats my only alternative now...will be any problem if the wire will be under the emmc during the reballing process?

Just take a look at the guide posted in my signature.
Hey nothing against your guide it's very well, but I think most others including me would rather a complete picture, showing the full board and the wires
They are not really complete images - would be better the way mine are so people can see the exact location and where to go from and to

Example - This is half an image

This doesn't really explain

Then I suggest you read the full guide, because I assure you that within the full context of the guide, those images are PLENTY to perform a successful mod.

Kindly, RTFM (Read the FINE manual)
