Hekate stuck heredoes hekate work? run an emmc benchark, slow mode switches will often fail on OFW boot.
if you attempt to boot OFW continuously whilst a chip is installed and it's reporting slow mode emmc, it could brick the sysnand.
backup your prodkeys, rebuild nand, (follow sthetix level 2 unbrick), and try to boot again without any chip.

Thank you for help. I see it show red lite after bridge 2 point on chip same video now it is blue lite then porple. Thank youHold the Boot button and connect the Pico to PC then drop the flash_nuke.uf2 file.
Disconnect the Pico then connect it again then flash the 2.67.
If this does not work you may have a bad rp2040 unit.
It's start, tnx. But few minutes overheated and fell off mosfet with smoke. How fix it? Need new mosfet?Bad files or card. Update Hekate or swap cards
Yep it was the 2040 that was the problem! If its stuck at nintendo screen I'm guessing a nand issue.
tried a different pi yet?

@rehius does the picofly toolbox just run off a modded version of the hwfly toolbox?
No sorry for mine it was the issue. I somehow quoted the wrong thingNot really. I removed the 2040 from the switch earlier and now soldered it again. Without 2040, it does not start at all now. But mosfet just burned out and smoke went out. It seems my switch is cursed)
Is that possible? Remove the emmc and jumper 0.1 wires on cmd and clk points? I think thats my only alternative now...will be any problem if the wire will be under the emmc during the reballing process?it not so big problem can by fix but must remove emmc them add new point and resoldering it Easy for pro modders like me.

For Switch lite, does anyone fancy marking the 3.3 and GND along with the D0 for me?
Reference used was on https://gbatemp.net/threads/picofly-aio-thread.628951/
Hey nothing against your guide it's very well, but I think most others including me would rather a complete picture, showing the full board and the wiresasdasf

Then I suggest you read the full guide, because I assure you that within the full context of the guide, those images are PLENTY to perform a successful mod.Hey nothing against your guide it's very well, but I think most others including me would rather a complete picture, showing the full board and the wires
They are not really complete images:
Example - This is half an image
